Dear people of ST Microelectronics For a school project I would like to use the IGBT STGW40M120DF3 from ST Microelectronics. Is it possible that the TestCircuit in the Datasheet is the real setup and not a possible PSPICE TestCircuit? Kind regards
The data sheet contains the following TestCircuit:I wanted to use it to check the switch in PSPICE. Unfortunately I don't get the same results as in the datasheet.
If my assumption is correct: Could you give me a TestCircuit for a PSPICE circuit where I can check the data in the datasheet?
