    Hello Tips,

I've got others questions for you...

When I press the ''Del'' key I do not enter in the setup menu for the BIOS...

A second point: STPC Atlas has 3 8254 timer/counter in the pcmcia mode how many external timer pin? I know one: the speaker output, but where are the two other external timer pin?

    Thank you!

    Hi Lolotte,

I suggest you press the del key a couple more times.

For second question, there are 3 timer pins:

#1 timer 0 is internally latched to IRQ0

#2 timer 1 is a ISA refresh pin in ISA mode, but a reset pin in PCMCIA mode.

#3 timer 2 is the speaker output.

    Have a nice day

    Tips

    Hello Tips,

ISA configuration look quite normal. It's just PC compatible. For the PCMCIA mode, do you know the purpose of this reset line. Is this pin accessible for user or just for STPC internal use?

    Thanks,
