DIFERENCE BETWEEN THESE 2 BECAUSE THE SECND ONE DOESN'T WORKS M48T08-100PC1

Kindly inform us for the diferrences between these 2 timekeeper Ram M48T08-100PC1 (find attached photos).

The first one with the codes 1) H990E9849, HT3598X on it works properly on the P.C.B. card instead the other with the codes 2) W2339X, MYS 99 932 E is not working. What can be the problem? What is the difference between these 2 Ram?

Also please inform us if you can supply as with the first one with the codes on it H990E9849, HT3598X, EXACTLY THE SAME CODES or if you can suggest someone else who can supply specific them to us.
