Difference between FW and FAW chips

    Hi friends, I was using an ARM9 STR912FW44 in my projects.

    Last week i was projecting another system and i was searching ST Microelectronics website for the STR912FW44 datasheet.

    Surprisingly i found that there is another STR912, but this time it has FAW44 on the chip spec. What this FAW means ?

    I downloaded both datasheets and i found no difference between them.

    The STR91xFxxxxx are the first samples with silicon revision B and D and the STR91xFAxxxxx are the last samples(production devices) with silicon revision G and H.
