Diode Zener

Hi,

 

Im trying to track down a couple of diodes to repair a card.  The markings are  EV Z551

 

It also has the ST logo on it, surface mount..  Anyone know where I can obtain some..

    Welcome @Jamer, to the community!

    Unfortunately, you have not included a legible photo, but if the marking EV is indeed on the device, it is the SM6T36A. By the way: it is not a Zener, but a TVS = Transient Voltage Suppressor.

    Its defo two pole device. surface mount.

    Ok, blurred and not very legible, but the package is already the right one. Yes, it is probably the SM6T36A mentioned before.

    Any idea best place to get one, RS dont have, but maybe FEC
