    Does anybody how to use V4 toolschain in Win2K? Thanks

    The STVD9 V4 toolchain is no more supported since January 2000. That means that it is not planned to have it available for Win2000. It may works or not.

    WGDB9 V4 does not support Win2k but the latest STVD9 version does. Just get this one instead if your PC is W2k compliant
