I browsed some old-posts, and found that we can drive LCD with GPIO, mentioned a AppNotes AN104, but I cannot find it.

Can I have some trips? Thank you very much .^_______^

Yes, it is possible to drive an LCD using the General purpose I/O ports.

At present, Application note available is AN1048 downloadable from the same site.

In this app note, demo software is driving a duplex LCD drive.

For your information, a new app note is coming up with the software driving Quadruplex LCD drive and with good features.

    What is your application??

I hope you are using a LCD glass but not the LCD Module(having onboard LCD hardare driver).

If you are using LCD module then i have a software for it also to drive it using ST7.

    Please let me know...
