E2PROM on ST9040 family.

    Using ST90T40 and ST90R40 in my applications I have noticed that, after a while, some data in E2PROM modify, seemingly, by itself.

    Is this problem already known?

    We don't have any such issue reported at that time.

    Please note that this device is no longer produced. Is was discontinued couple of years ago. If you are designing a new application, better use ST92F124.
