eDesignSuite - Not able to start new design

Hi everyone, am I the only one struggling to star a new design mainly because when trying to do so the software informs me that "this software is not able to build a design suitable for your specification." regardless of the configuration I use it won't show any product as you can see in the image below

sorry for the issue, but we are experiencing great problems with our CDN provider. Everything should be solved in half an hour. I'll inform you as soon as you can access again eDesignSuite.
