EEPROM M24C64-RDW6TP fails to start randomly

Hi, my name is Alejandro,

I am working with an EEPROM M24C64-RDW6TP which when removing the power does not start correctly in certain cases.

Every 100 or 150 reboots, this failure occurs.

I would like to know if you can guide me to solve the problem, since the only solution I found is to remove the power and wait for it to start correctly.

Fails how?

Doesn't NACK at right address? How about other addresses?

How is the device wired up, show schematic section.

Device lacks an async reset pin, have you tried clocking out the I2C interface to get the device out of its current state?
