EEPROM ST 950406 replacement

Hi,

any help or information to find the data sheet and to determine an available replacement type for an obsolete EEPROM chip from ST marked 950406 would be highly appreciated.

A picture of the chip is attached.

The defective EEPROM chip 950406 comes from a Landis & Staefa heating controller, year of manufacture of the controller was +- 2002.

@Tom6 You could try the M95040-RMN6TP or the M95040-FMN6TP. The ST950406 can only be operated with 5V, but the alternatives can be operated from 1.7V or 1.8V up to and including 5V.
