EINIT in Bootstrap Mode

When ST10F273 is in bootstrap mode and it as received a NULL character from UART, according to documentation SYSCON register is set with a default value of 0400h, but the documentation does not say anything about the execution of EINIT instruction, so in bootstrap mode is EINIT instruction executed after configuring the SYSCON register or is it possible to change its value in our own customized bootloader code??
