I am looking to get confirmation on the pin out of EMIF08-LCD04M16 in QFN package. The datasheet makes no mention of this. I assume that it is a pass through type, where pins opposite each other are connected through the filters, and that the exposed pad is ground. Can someone confirm this, or correct my assumption?

Sorry for the inconvenience - your assumption is correct: it is a pass thru device, where the opposite pins are input/output and the exposed pad is GND.
