EPLD in the VegaBD reference schematic

    Does anyone know where's the EPLD section for the VEGABD schematic? I couldn't find it in the schematic. Can anyone tell me either I can use TI's video DSP instead to drive a TFT LCD display?

    In the rev A schematic of Vegabd there is no EPLD. There was one on the STPC Atlas board to decode the Post code display.

    Which TI part number are you referring to? I think that the Video DSP is for video encode/decode purposes, not as a graphics controller.

    Hi

    It's completly wrong, there's an EPLD on the VAGA EVAL Board. But the final version of the reference shematics are not available on internet, iot's restricted and under validation. I'm sorry for this but i can confirm that it will be available by the end of this year.
