ESDA7P120-1U1M diode capacitance

What is the diode junction capacitance for the ESDA7P120-1U1M TVS diode? Can it be used on a data line with 1-2mbps data rates?

Typical capacitance value of ESDA7P120-1U1M is around 900pF, which seems is a bit high for 1-2 Mbps. If you need a protection part able to withstand current in the range of 100 A for a 8/20 µs surge, with a lower capacitance value, ETP01-xx21 (https://www.st.com/resource/en/datasheet/etp01-1621.pdf) or SMP100LC-8 (https://www.st.com/resource/en/datasheet/smp100lc.pdf) can be used.
