Finding a part from a Marking Code

Hello,

I am trying to find a part but all I have is the marking code because the part number got scratched off. This marking code might not be completely correct because part of it also got scratched but I am hoping someone can figure it out. Also if someone could give me info on how to decode this I might be able to figure it out myself.
