Flash programming/erasing times

I was searching for worst-case times when doing a sector erase and word programming, but I couldn't find it in the flash reference manual or the device data sheets etc. I am working on a bootloader for the STR712FR2 and the time the device is ''vulnerable'' against power loss when re-programming sector 0 is crucial.
