Hi, can someone tell me what is the FLASH size of the ST10F269Z1Q3? On the ST site it says 256K in the title, however, in the ST10 overview it

says 128K. In the user manual it is again 256K, while in some datasheet it's 128K.

I have a ST10F269Z1Q3 in my application and it is possible to flash

and run a program of over 200KByte!

    Hello,

It's in a datasheet of Sept 2003 (refer to attachment that holds the first page of it as doc file).

    Also on the ST site

    http://www.st.com/stonline/stappl/productcatalog/app?path=/comp/stcom/PcStComOPNTableView.onTheClickOfOPNLink&code=59033&producttype=product

is says that the ST10F269Z1Q3 has 128k FLASH, while on

    http://mcu.st.com/mcu/modules.php?name=mcu&file=devicedocs&DEV=ST10F269Z1Qx&FAM=17#Datasheet

it says that the ST10F269Z1Qx has 256k FLASH.

    Best regards,

    Peter

    Hello,

My distributor told me that the same chip is used in the ST10F269Z1 and Z2, both having 256k FLASH. However, the upper 128k of the Z1 is not tested and so not guaranteed.

Problem then is: I now have several PCB's with the Z1 mounted and want to migrate to the larger Z2, however, they have the same chip ID so there is no possibility to detect which PCB contains a ST10F269 with 256k!
