FLI30366 datasheet

Trying to fix Dell 2709Wb with power issue. The micro is the all-in-one FLI30366, with 416 pins in a PBGA format. I can only find a summary datasheet, not a pinout. Where to find datasheet with pinout of this chip?

These type of TV / STB chips don't tend to have publicly available datasheets

I'd have thought the controller board would expose the power rails in a more accessible manner.
