GNU versions of 71x_init.s and 71x_lib.c

I'm trying to build the I/O library using the GNU toolchain, and I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of GNU versions of 71x_init.s, 71x_lib.c and a GNU linker description file equivalent to the scatter loader (scat).

This board doesn't convert the '&' to '%26' in the attachment link.
