GPS Tracking issue

Myself Thejas, on behalf of Aminod integrated technologies.
Currently we are working on a Tracking System Project with the GPS Module(Teseo-Liv3F) ,from this module initially we are getting fine responses using the NMEA protocol(latitudue & longitude) . We have used the I2C communication to get the data from the module.
Later we have changed to the Teseo-Liv3R module but we are getting only the gps header ( GPRMC, GPGGA, GPGLL) and all the latitude & longitude data are zeros. The same i2C communication is used for read purpose. We have used the same configuration and protocol that we had used to read the data from the Teseo-Liv3F module.
As per the datasheet, both ( Teseo-Liv3F & Teseo-Liv3R) has the same firmware configuration for reading data
please do help in sorting out these issues ASAP.
Please get us any sample code or configuration document to get the data from the Teseo-Liv3R.
