Has the EEPROM M95256-W an ECC?

The old M95256-W datasheet Rev. 6 says:

"The M95256-W and the M95256-R devices (2.5V and 1.8V versions, processed in F8 and

identified with the letter "A") offer an ECC (Error Correction Code) logic"

The new version Rev. 21 says:

"M95256 and M95256-D devices offer an Error Correction Code (ECC) logic."

Does this still include the M95256-W?

​Hello,

Actually, all versions M95256  ( i.e M95256-R M95256-W & M95256-D) offer the ECC.

The 5V version is no more sold.
