HCF4013 is can withstand 24V at 1Min test?

Hi sir,

As per our application, we need to enable and disable the power supply IC enable pin. So we are using Flip flop based toggle function. so we are connect 12V rail directly (before voltage regulator).

So as per ISO standard, our application should withstand 24V @ 60 sec.

HCF4013 - ic is absolute maximum rating is 22V. so this circuit can withstand 24V @ 60 sec?
