Hello, I am using the PWD13F60 full bridge driver IC for driving an acoustic transducer. I noticed heavy ringing on the mosfet outputs. I tried suppressing it with bypass capacitors (1nF, 33nF, 100nF) with low success.

Does someone have an idea how I can suppress the ringing and get clean rising edges of the fets? I noticed there is some kind of snubber circuit on the evalboard of the IC, but I cannot find documentation of how it can be used/what values to use. I attached an image of one of the rising edges of the mosfets (ch1).
