Help on HItop IDE

    Hello,

    to create a new project,open the Hitop.

    1)in the ''using projects in Hitop'', click on create ''a new project from a template''.

    2)choose your compiler and your micricontroller.

    3) The project will be made with a default settings (compiler,assembler and linker), you can use this configuration.

    4) add your source file and don't forget to add the path of the header files(Project->settings->tools settings->include directories).

    5) to generate an elf file set the extension of the target name to .elf(from project->settings->tools settings->general->target name)

    - Attached you find a preconfigured project with tasking compliler (It should be better to download the latest version of hitop-arm (5.30))

    HI all.Does anybody know/using HiTOP IDE then please help me.

    Tell me the procedure to create new application.I face some problem with creating elf file,symbol preprocessor.I fail to generate .elf, .htx and .sym . Ide ask for elf at start only.

    So, if anybody knows tell me the complete procedure to create new project , then new application, IDE configuration, compilation and linking.

    But didnt got any help from it.There is no option ''using projects in Hitop''

    as such. Iam using HiTOP52-ARM

    Version-05.20.0310

    So please give me further detail.

    Hello,

    the ''using projects in Hitop'' is a window which appears when opening Hitop.

    you can find all the necessary information in the Hitop online help(in the section ''getting started->starting up the system->starting hitop''

    i am using evaluation version
