Hi, Is it possible to have any mathematical dependencies, even approximate, between EEPROM FIT values and supply voltage? Thank you.

This might be a very basic question: EEPROM FIT values are based on standard single value of Ea = 0.7 eV. Is it irrelevant to supply voltage? I mean using lower supply for wide range device might reduce FIT values. Are any mathematical dependencies, even approximate, based on supply voltage? Thank you.

The FIT given is different (or not) because it is mostly based on the technology used to manufacture the eeproms.

Can't give even an approximate mathematical dependency.
