We are working for obsolesce management project for our existing medical project.
In this we are using VN820-E (Pentawatt -5 pin Package from ST ) IC to driver the load.
Let us want to know part availability status ,EOL and stock available details

Unfortunately, the community won't be able to really help you as this is not a technical question. Your preferred distributor is the right address for questions about availability etc.
Anyway - the VN820-E was discontinued without replacement many, many years ago. Even if it is still listed in the data sheet, it is no longer produced. You can only try to find residual amounts somewhere.
