How could I buy the STEVAL-IME014V1B evaluation board?

I want to buy​ the STEVAL-IME014V1B evaluation board. But I can't find it in all online buying channels in China.

A technical supporter show me STHV1600 at IEEE IUS in Kobe Japan and it would be better than the solutions we have. I want to evaluate it. Please tell me how could I buy it?
