How do I copy the data from M48T86PC1 to another one when it is not installed on anything.

I have boards which have failed due to the battery dying in M48T86PC1. I want to use one which is good to copy from and install on a replacement M48T86PC1. How do I do that?

You'll have to create a fixture, and use some MCU to access per the data sheet.

The system it came from being ideal, if you have the software on that, or able to program, or run arbitrary code.

Perhaps find a Universal Programmer that supports the model.
