How do I soft unlock sectors?

    I have a test board with an STR911FM44. I am using the Segger J-Link probe with the Segger J-Flash-Arm software. I can connect to the board and read memory back, but if I try to program the flash I get an error indicating the program couldn't soft unlock the flash. What are the requirements for soft unlocking? I don't see it in any of the manuals I have downloaded.

    I can use the same probe and application to work on the ST910 eval board, so I know the problem is with my board. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
