How to identify the reset source

I use ST7MC1K2B6 to control a BLDC motor with sensorless .

when I boost voltage to 200V, MCU is reset. I don't use LVD and WDG, I just use a POR(Power On Reset,20k/10uF).

I change the RC parameter, but improvement is not obvious.

How to identify the reset source? Is it beacause of EMC? If it is because of EMC, how can I solve this problem?
