How to programm the internal flash on ST10F269-Controller?

Are there some known problems by programming the internal flash of ST10F269-Controller? My Programm work like in application note AN1496 descripted but it don't work well. Are there some examples/good ideas?

- For me its possibel to erease the flash block like in applikation note

(AN1496 without the here included errors) described.

- For me its not possibel to programm the ereased flash block. If I

read after my erease- and programm routine there are only 0xff on

every memory place. That means, erease work, programm don't

work. (Before I erased memory, I programmed it by an external

porogramm)

Could you please tell me what is exactly your problem and what do you mean by ''it doesn't work well'' ?
