    In my STPC board, when I add a 1k pull-down resistor on pin #115 of FDC, the system can't boot. So I put a 10k pull-up resistor, it can boot, so the base address is 0x370. In this condition, in serial communication, is the com1 port base address 0x3f8 or 0x378?Can the FDC unused pins of serial port left unconnected?
