How to update stm32f4 code by OTA using ESP8266

Hi, I have to update my code in stm32f4 controller using esp8266. Is it possible to update the used code through online(OTA) can anyone provide me the information to how to do it. I have no idea about it while searching in web i could find that using CCM we can do it, is that's the only way or any other way is available to do it?
