I have been using the ST brand M27C256B integrated chip memory (as shown in the picture). I heard that it has been discontinued. Is there a replacement for it or another alternative brand! I am looking forward to your reply!

The EPROM available from ST is not re-designed with sharper technologies, as the market is mostly using Flash memories, today.

We therefore cannot offer you a direct solution for a drop in replacement of your part.
