Hi i have to replace some stripfets part number stp50ne10 they are obsolete and i need a modern replacement they are used for dc 24v brushless moter cotroller

Hi William, I'll suggest you to replace it with STP30N10F7 or STP45N10F7, 100V Power MOSFETs using latest STripFET F7 technology from ST ... an excellent technology for Motor CTRL applications.

Said that, please have a look to our product portfolio in STripFET F7 since for 24V BLDC a 60V Power MOSFET could be sufficient ...
