I need help with the TS3011 comparator pspice file to be translated to ADS format.

TS3011 pspice file posted on the ST website cannot translate to ADS. The file shows ten pin circuits after translation, while the device only has five pins

You unfortunately had a typo and I took the liberty of changing the device name to the correct TS3011 if that's OK with you?

Sorry you are having problems with the conversion. However, this seems to be a problem of ADS, because in the SPICE model only 5 pins are clearly mentioned:
