I would like to know the maximum output current for each channel on part number VN9D30Q100F.
We will be using this part to drive 6 automotive contactors. Supply voltage is 12/24V.

The maximum current is limited internally, depending on the application you can drive different currents. Details can be found in the data sheet, e.g. in tables 56 and 61.
