    Help!

    Is RM006 wrong??

    ST Micro code says YES

    12.6.2 I2C status register 1 (I2C_SR1)

    Says its 8 bits, code says its 16 bits

    12.6.3 I2C status register 2 (I2C_SR2)

    Says its 8 bits, code says its 16 bits

    Joe found this problem back in July 2007, and it’s still NOT corrected

    Who proof reads this?

    He/she should be fired & their manager’s manager to set an example!

    Also ask for ALL pay back since they started with ST Micro & all benefits!

    Hello rgreenthal,

    Could you please send me the link of this message? I didn't find any request posted on this issue on July 2007. Moreover, in our library these registers are declared 8 bits. I don't really understand why this confusion.

    Please clarify more.
