    According to AN1796 Application Note for feild updates using pc comm port,I was wonderd if the code samples may work on flashbash,programmer.

    I had erased another mcu(st72f264) with the programmer,downloaded the code sample in it,replaced flashbash mcu with the new one,made the connections to pc,at last started up the hyper terminal.

    but it seems the code doesn't work, the $ sign does not apear on the screen.

    Actually I was trying to dl the flashbash firmware through pc comm port in to the mcu.

    I am not completely sure,it's a right approach.

    Flashbash does not use HyperTerminal for updates, to update just select Advanced/Update Flashbash Firmware from the menu.
