    My customer need to make IAP for his end customer with the RS232 but also he need to program the chip in the ICP function is production time .

    What is the best way to make this design for both ?

    For ICP programming you need to have ICP connector (HE10) provision on the board. (ref. Datasheet, Flash chapter)

    Regarding IAP,

    1. If you are using the device with XFlash, no need to add any circuitry, just needed your communication circuitry (RS232)

    2. If you are using HDFlash(Dual Volatge), you need to add charge-pump circuitry (refer to Flash Programming Manual). You also need one IO pin to be dedicated to IAP functionality to activate charge pump.
