Hi All,

I am having the same problem and posted a message couple weeks ago and has no responds from any body.

This is very serious problem can somebody please help?

Hi all. I have design a board using JTAG schematic of DK3200 development Board.

Some times, after programming the mcu using PSDsoft, a HIN202CBN used becomes burned (like MAX232 ic)

Aparently pin RX (of UART0) is the one who doesn't work (uC side).

Replacing the IC, project works fine again.

Can this problem be caused by JTAG schematic? Is the configuration shown in app Note UM004 better than mine? (march 2004, Flashlink JTAG Programming cable for PSD and uPSD)

Other problem detected is an error shown some times by PSDsoft using 6 pin programmer, if I change for 4 pin and programm ones, error ends and I can programm using 6 pins again.

I have attached schematic parts to explain better...
