ICP programming of the E2 memory of a ROM device (ST6265)

    I am planing to go in production with the ST6265 ROM.

    Can I read and program its E2 memory (calibration) using ICP ?

    The documentations I found on internet only allow it for Eprom and OTP devices.

    Yes, it works. I have made my tests based on the ICP application note (see AN593) which only refers to Eprom and OTP devices.

    For your information, I was able to read and program the EEPROM even though the read-out protection was activated.
