I encountered a problem with inconsistent internal structure and marking for the same part number. We only found a document with such a problem. But it isn't suitable for this time. The document was published in 2014. It only mentions "T" and "K". But we need to explain "T" and "P".The detail as attachment. If they are the same in function?0693W00000Y9RuyQAF.jpgPCN MMS-MMY/14/8508 - Dated 16 Jul 20140693W00000Y9RutQAF.jpg

    Hi,

    464WT is a M24C64 range W in TSSOP8 manufactured in CMOSF8H+.

464WP is an old M24C64 range W in TSSOP8 manufactured in CMOSF6 26%. This can be crosschecked with the information "M24C64-WDW6TPPTB " written on the box label marking.

The product manufactured in CMOSF6 26% is obsolete since many years now.

    See attached pcn 5902

    Best Regards

    Pierre

    Hi,

After investigations, your bulk ID is correct and corresponds to ST standard.

    I confirm also it's 2010.
