    Hi,

When i use the internal RC osc, do i need the OSC_CLK line (on PB4 or OSC1) from the inDart connector? is it possible to burn the ST7 without this line? (what happens on the first burn process, before i set the option byte to internal RC? would it work without the OSC_CLK?)

    thanks

Yes, you need not to use OSC1 pin incase you have selected internal RC as the clock source with option byte enable. Now, for the first burn process it depends what's your option byte settings. If it is internal RC with option byte enable then you need not to connect OSC1 pin. Incase your settings are internal RC with option byte disable then you will have to connect the osc1 line to ICC connector to get the clock.
