Induction Cooking: I saw a reference somewhere about an evaluation board, STEVAL-IHC001, for an example of an induction cooker.

We are working on a project to develop an induction cooker with enough power to boil 10-15 gallons of water.

Is the eval board still available? Does someone have one in a long lost closet? Can you send one to me?
