    Hello,

I think this us due to a bad use of the tool.

Please have a look at the application note available on the following link:

    http://www.st.com/stonline/books/pdf/docs/11323.pdf

Please let me know if the error message is still observed.

    Regards,

    Najoua.

only one time the monitor green lamp on,but very soon become red,and one time the message show frequency is null, I replace a new crystal oscillator, but still error!

The voltage of P0L.4 pin is 0.1V, and P0L.5 pin is 5V, why can't work?

    Hello zzp6252005,

Could you please tell me which micro are you using?

Could you please output the CLKOUT signal available on the pin P3.15 after setting bit CLKEN in SYSCON register, and verify that signal frequency corresponds to the hardware configured frequency?

What is the CPU frequency value?

I am waiting for your feedback.

    Best regards,

    Najoua.

    hello,najoua

    the MCU type is st10f276z5q3

I can not download programm to MCU,so it is impossible to set bit CLKEN in SYSCON register, but the oscillograph show there are signal available on the pin P3.15, and other port3 pin also have the same signals.

especially, when I send data from PC to ST10F276Z5Q3,the waveform on RXD0 pin and TXD0 pin is same, why ? is this crosstalk signal,or something else?

please give me your e-mail address,I will send your some waveform, and wish you help me diagnose the error source.

the crystal oscillation frequency is 8M.

    Best regards,

    zzp
