    Has anybody made an IR level sensor, or has anybody an application note about it?

    I've a lot of noise from daylight and big light sources (150W). How can a eliminate it?

    You are working whit IR, that is in a specific range of frequencies. You can try using an optical filter whit a proper lens which allows only IR passage . Or you can modulate your IR source at a frequency different from a 50Hz multiple and use a lockin amplifier to detect your signal inside noise
