Is a Mosfet P382 ?

Hi,

I'm looking for what I think is a Mosfet with this print, see the attached picture.

I need to replace it because it's burned, but I don't know the features.

Anyone can help me about ?

    Hi,

    maybe I am wrong, but you should find the characteristics in Power MOS Devices Databook page 529 SGSP382 N - CHANNEL ENHANCEMENT MODE POWER MOS TRANSISTORS.
