Is there an EEPROM that provides the same write parameters/algorithm as the old M27C1001 EPROM? Trying to use JTAG to program and verify the older EPROMs but there isn't a valid JTAG model (M27C1001 model is read only in JTAG IDE software).

Or is there a tool available to program EPROMs that have direct access in- circuit?
